The Man in Black

Johnny Cash the infamous “man in black” is known for being a rebel. What many don’t know is he was very much an empath. Johnny grew up feeling unworthy of being himself; knew what it was like to suffer and feel loss when his brother tragically died in a saw accident. As a champion of the underdog and downtrodden, he sang for those who needed something to believe in and needed to be lifted up. He believed that everyone is their brother’s keeper. Tough minded and tender hearted. Kinda sounds like a great leader doesn’t it? Imagine that thinking in the world or in your team or organization. What would that feel like and how would it impact results? #empathy#culture#leadership#truecollaboration#bandingpeopletogether#johnnycash#authenticity
